Event Center Information

Events without alcohol do NOT require a bartender. A security attendant and/or a police officer is required at all events.  

Events with alcohol require a bartender. Bartender Service can be added to an efor an additional fee. You may bring alcohol into the facility to be served to your guests. It must be placed behind the bar and served by a TABC Certified Bartender. Venue does not provide alcohol, cups, mixers, etc. for the Bartender Service. A security attendant and/or a police officer is required at all events.  

Tables, chairs, kitchenette & food buffet station use. Onsite staff at the event to assist with table and chair positioning. Trash disposal service. We have free parking & a large parking lot. Venue provides complimentary trash bags, disinfectant spray use and standard bathroom toiletries. 

• Tables, chairs, kitchenette and food buffet station use are included in most rentals.

• Optional decoration service and/or party rental items are available for an additional fee.

• Suites can be added to events for an additional fee. 

• Outside catering vendors are allowed. 

• Outside DJ vendor service is allowed.

• Outside bartender service is NOT allowed.

• Conference Room & Meeting Seating, Chairs Only, with Dance Area - Up to 64 Seats

• Conference Room & Meeting Seating, Chairs Only, without Dance Area - Up to 88 Seats

• Repast - Up to 96 Guest
