    Hourly Rates Apply - Additional decoration time may be purchased at the hourly rate.

    Events Without Alcohol

    Events without alcohol do not require a bartender. A security attendant and/or a police officer is required at all events.  

    Events With Alcohol

    Events with alcohol require a bartender.  Bartender Service can be added to an for an additional fee. You may bring alcohol into the facility to be served to your guests. It must be placed behind the bar and served by a TABC Certified Bartender. Venue does not provide alcohol, cups, mixers, etc. for the Bartender Service.  A host liquor liability insurance policy "may" be required and can be purchased through wedsafe.com.  A security attendant and/or a police officer is required at all events.  

    What's included in the price?

    Tables, chairs, kitchenette & food buffet station use. We have free parking & a large parking lot. 

    Weekend Non-Holiday Event Pricing - Additional hours can be added.

    • 4-hour event special, without alcohol, with less than 60 guest, that end by 4:30 PM on Saturdays starting @ $599.99. 


    • Sunday, 4 - hours, without alcohol, with under 60 guests starting @ $650.00.


    • Friday evening events, 4 - hours, without alcohol, with under 60 guests starting @ $650.00.


    • Saturday evening events, 5 - hours, without alcohol, with under 80 guests starting @ $950.00. (7:00 pm - 12:00 am)


    • Repast: 4 - hours starting @ $650.00. Level 1 decor is included
